4 June – State Symbols Day
Today is the Day of State Symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan. On 4 June 1992, the new Law on State Symbols of Kazakhstan was first adopted and approved. This day will forever remain in the country’s history as the day of new state symbols. The people of Kazakhstan have been celebrating the holiday for 31 years. State symbols represent a special value, conveying the spirit, national customs, heroism and wisdom of our people, hope for the future, dreams and wishes.
